In case you want to return something

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the original condition
  • Have tags and original packaging intact

For example:
"I tried them once on a carpet" = Completely fine
"Sirif 2 din outing pe hi pehna hai" = Completely not fine

In case you need a size exchange

Wrong size? Koi masla hi nai.

We offer a one-time size exchange for our shoes (subject to stock availability)

Just contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the process. Delivery charges may apply.

In case you receive the wrong item

Agar aapnay black samba order kiya aur parcel mein bakra nikal aya…

Contact us within 48 hours with:

In case you need a refund

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3-6 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was from our side.

Need to cancel? Contact us before your order is dispatched.

Once shipped, the order will follow the return/exchange process instead.
